Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Call Center Agent at EXPOTRADE MIDDLE EAST FZ-LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and attendees, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders involved in our events.

  • Salary: AED2050.00 – AED3500.00 Monthly
  • Job Position: Call Center Agent
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week
  • Education: High School or Diploma Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and event attendees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our events.
  • Registration Assistance: Assist clients with event registration, including guiding them through the registration process and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Information Provision: Provide detailed information about event schedules, speakers, venues, and other relevant details to ensure attendees are well-informed.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any complaints or concerns from clients and attendees promptly and professionally.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm registrations, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and registrations in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and attendees to help improve our events and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding event details and client needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to client issues promptly.
