Your responsibilities will include:

- Medication Assistance: Supporting clients with medication reminders and assistance as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with medication schedules and safety protocols.
- Mobility Assistance: Assisting clients with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, and canes, and providing assistance with transferring, positioning, and mobility exercises as needed.
- Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients through attentive listening, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communication and Documentation: Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to provide updates on the client’s condition and progress, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of care activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to all new hires.
