Job Description:
As a Metal Construction Engineer at Adecco Luxembourg, you will play a critical role in the design, fabrication, and installation of metal structures and components for construction projects. Working in collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, you will use your technical expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for a variety of metal construction projects.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop metal construction plans and designs
- Conducting structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety, stability, and integrity of metal structures
- Selecting appropriate materials, components, and fabrication methods for metal construction projects
- Creating detailed drawings, models, and technical documentation using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with fabrication shops and suppliers to procure materials and components for metal construction projects
- Overseeing the fabrication process to ensure that metal components are manufactured to the highest quality standards and specifications
- Supervising the installation and assembly of metal structures on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
- Providing technical expertise and support to project team members, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field
- Professional licensure as an engineer is required
- Previous experience in metal construction engineering or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design principles, and building codes related to metal construction
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including construction sites
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
