  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.
  • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and technology tools.
  • Fluency in French or German is required; additional languages such as English or Luxembourgish are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
