Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned vacation homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Linen and Supplies Management: Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure an adequate supply of toiletries and other amenities for guests.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to company standards and protocols for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Special Requests: Address special cleaning requests and tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
