Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms, in accordance with hotel standards.
• Public Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including corridors, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Linen Management: Collect, sort, and replace linens and towels as needed, maintaining adequate stock levels in linen closets.
• Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with hotel policies and environmental guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow established cleaning procedures, health and safety protocols, and brand standards at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Language: Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
