Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
