Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces that reflect the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a strong sense of design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the client. Create mood boards, sketches, and visual presentations to communicate ideas.
- Space Planning: Plan and design the layout of interior spaces, considering factors such as space utilization, traffic flow, and furniture placement. Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget. Ensure all selections meet quality and sustainability standards.
- Project Management: Manage interior design projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Present design proposals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and installation. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used in the project. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in interior design. Incorporate innovative solutions and sustainable practices into design projects.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. Experience with luxury properties is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
