COEBA, Dave Lefèvre and Associates is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Luxembourg. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed plans, and overseeing the execution of interior design projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, considering functionality, aesthetics, and client requirements.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes for projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present design concepts and plans to clients, addressing their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French or German is required; additional languages such as English or Luxembourgish are a plus.
