Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions, keeping accurate records.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services (preferred but not required).
  • Fluency in French and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
