Position Summary:

Asliya Manpower Recruitment is seeking diligent and responsible Security Guards to join our team in Qatar. The Security Guard will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises, personnel, and visitors. This position requires vigilance, a strong sense of duty, and the ability to respond swiftly to potential security threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Check identification and maintain visitor logs.
• Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems to monitor activities on the premises. Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and contact the appropriate emergency services when necessary. Provide assistance in emergency situations, such as medical incidents or fire outbreaks.
• Incident Reporting: Prepare accurate and detailed reports on incidents, activities, and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and offering directions. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Safety Protocols: Follow established safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of clients’ assets and personnel. Participate in training and drills to stay prepared for potential security incidents.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred. Experience in a corporate or industrial setting is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Certifications: Valid security guard certification from a recognized authority. Additional training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or coursework in security management is beneficial.
