Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing assigned areas.
- Deep Cleaning: Conduct periodic deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, windows, and other surfaces as required.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins and ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and report any maintenance issues.
- Equipment Handling: Operate cleaning equipment and machines safely and efficiently, following company protocols.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Client Interaction: Communicate courteously with clients, responding to their cleaning requests and feedback professionally.
- Supply Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent time management skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Languages: Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Personality Traits: Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.
