The NRMA is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join its housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, cabins, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Linen Management: Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities according to established procedures, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment for guests.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure that guest rooms are adequately stocked with amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies, replenishing items as needed.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
- Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to identify any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns, reporting findings to management for prompt resolution.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction with their accommodations.

Eligibility Criteria:
