As a Housekeeping Attendant at Hatta Adventures LLC in Dubai, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction at our resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, creating a welcoming and inviting environment for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities according to established standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including scrubbing sinks, toilets, and showers, and replenishing towels and toiletries as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to ensure they are free of dust, dirt, and smudges.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas, adhering to proper waste management and recycling practices.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms or public areas to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, replenishing stock as needed and reporting shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or management.
- Uphold Hatta Adventures LLC’s commitment to excellence in hospitality, providing exceptional service and attention to detail to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and carrying objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid work authorization for employment in Dubai.
