Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Product Display:
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays in retail stores to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and promotional plans.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adherence to expiration dates.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are well-stocked with our products.
- Replenish inventory as needed and manage back-stock to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies or issues to the sales team.
Store Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by store personnel regarding our products.
- Provide product training and information to store staff to enhance their knowledge and ability to promote our products.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with promotional activities and special events.
- Implement marketing initiatives and in-store promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
- Gather feedback from customers and store personnel to inform future marketing strategies.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail store regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, including display setup, inventory levels, and promotional execution.
- Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
